My name is not Susan, my actual name is Jenny Bang.

Visiting my Dad and brother at our family takeaway in Birmingham was one of the best highlights of September.

Since my mum passed away I feel like we’ve all gotten a little bit more closer as a family and it brings so much joy to my heart. She made that happen ♥️

Anyway my brother works FOH and I tell ya EVERYBODY loves him. Customers love him. Everyone who’s seen him on my videos wants to be his friend. He makes me laugh like no other, his stories kill me and his zest for life is remarkable.

My dad did the typical Asian thing of making food for us every 30 mins and also cutting up fruit and bringing it to me as a sign of love (I’m guessing) 🤣

This is just a wholesome post for myself really - memories that will make smile forever and also - Show me a takeaway that has cute counter vibes? I’ll wait 🌸💖

Christmas time is my favourite part of the year ever since I was a child I loved it and so did my mum - as we got older our family didn’t really do major Christmas gifts but she’d always pop into my bedroom with funky (slightly terrible) Christmas earrings she’d find on the high street for both of us to wear - sometimes they’d light up and flash 😂 that was her highlight of the year.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel some kind of pain during this time of year when I go to Tesco’s and happen to see sparkly Christmas earrings on sale or something that reminds me of her & her personality, but after 5 years it’s hard to ignore really. However, I feel more comfortable talking about the little things as time goes on - it really helps.

I do not need to tell the world every single detail, but I’d like you to know that my mother was strong, sweet and silly - a bit like me. Saying these things to myself help me move forward every anniversary.

To everyone who has lost or is losing someone special to them - it’s not my place to say whether or not everything will get better for you and that it’s fine, but all I’m saying is please just HOLD ON. You will find peace eventually.

JUST WANNA SAY THANK YOU TO THE PEOPLE WHO PRE-ORDERED THEIR CHICKEN RICE DINNERS WITH US COUPLE DAYS AGO ♥️

SO MANY REPEATED COSTUMERS - I KNOW IT CAN FEEL DODGY ORDERING UR DINNER ON INSTAGRAM BUT I TRUST YOU AND YOU TRUST ME. Wait let me get out of caps lock for a minute. Sometimes the reason why I share quite personal stories or just my day to day life @ the gym or whatever - is that my goal is to want you to feel comfortable with the person who is responsible feeding you and your loved ones. Does that make sense?

If not that’s fine, I hope you enjoy your food and I’ll see you all again soon.

That’s the difference between me and you, cuz while you were sitting around waiting, doing nish - I was out making moves (turning 36) 🎂♉️

Recently I’ve been in legit conversations where people would GASP about me being in uni in 2009 but at the same time I’m gasping about you being in uni in 2019 😂
