These moments only happen to me once in a while when I get completely taken over by the music. This was my TOP 32 round yesterday at @outbreakeurope 2021 against Stepper 🇳🇱(The Ruggeds). Honestly I felt super nervous after no battles for over a year. I was happy to be able to catch a moment like this. Honestly freestyled this round with my style 🙈😂 but it worked.

Respect to everyone who showed me love 👊🏽❤

I know what I need to do now and work on! Outbreak always inspires me to push more.

Some claim that when he was 10 years old his ankles were struck by lightning, granting him his signature speed...

Others say he's a grand master of the 'Floor Barracudas' - the world's most deadly footwork gang...

One legend even states that his form is so perfect, the U.S government model their jet fighters aerodynamics from his Breaking...

All we know, is that our next judge for Triple Threat is LB
@lb.smac19

LB is one of the most decorated UK B-boys & winner of Triple Threat 2025!

Battle spaces are filling up for this year's event so don't miss your chance to battle in the most deadly Breaking tournament on the planet!

Esittelyssä Asinsaari Break Camp 2026 opettajamme Bboy LB, SMAC19 Crewistä, Manchesterista!

Englanniksi:
Bboy LB is a UK-based breaker and general of SMAC 19, with over two decades of experience in the culture, having started his journey in 2003. Throughout his career, he has consistently represented his crew and personal style on an international level, earning multiple prestigious titles including Red Bull BC One UK Cypher, Battle of the Year Central Europe, two time UK B-Boy Championships winner, Break Mission, and many more.

Alongside his competitive success, LB is a qualified teacher holding a PGCE with QTS. He is currently a university lecturer on a HipHop Dance programme, where he delivers in depth knowledge of Breaking, including its history, foundations, and cultural context. Beyond formal education, he remains deeply connected to the community through one-to-one mentorship and weekly open classes, continuing to pass on knowledge at a grassroots level.

LB’s style is rooted in the traditional fundamentals of Breaking, which he has developed into a distinctive and recognisable movement language. His approach draws strong inspiration from classic European legwork and the intricate legwork styles from Toronto, allowing him to create unique flows, signature transitions, and original movements that define his identity.

In his workshops, LB focuses on equipping dancers with tools to unlock new ways of moving and thinking. Through the use of unique concepts and creative prompts, he encourages participants to explore endless possibilities within their movement. His sessions also introduce structured patterns designed to support the creative process, helping dancers understand how to connect ideas and build a solid foundation for growth.

At the core of his philosophy is a simple but powerful belief:
“With strong foundations in all elements of Breaking, you can never get lost or crash if you truly understand your craft.” by @lb.smac19

This picture deserves to be on the grid! Being a professor at a dance university comes with its challenges but nothing beats the feeling seeing all their growth 📈 over the past 3 years.
There are so many positive things I can say about each individual in this cohort, but one thing I'd like to share is that the bond and hardship these have gone through with me and the other lecturers is something special ✨

I wish you all the best for your careers and thank you all for the flowers and meaningful messages 💐♥️

All the best,

Anton
