Happy birthday to my guy. Where did the time go? One minute your playing tee ball in a diaper and now your 11 years old. Thank you for being a great kid. Making me laugh when my days are rough or making me yell cause I'm tired of hearing you rap every 5 seconds. Continue being a great brother and friend. We need more kids like you in this world. by @lbarrett8

Leg day about took me out. 50lb RDLs and 90lb sumo squat with 250lb calf raises was only a small portion of it. Finished with a 2 mile run and saw my life flash before me!#44yearsold#legday#upingmyweight#almostdied. by @lbarrett8

We remember 9/11. 110 floors complete in their honor. Machine just stopped so I started it back up to make sure I got the full 110 floors. Jennie Obrien the tradition continues.#9/11#110floors#we remember. by @lbarrett8
