thanks @leftbanknyc for keeping us warm during the snowstorm, eggs florentine on latkes and (grapefruit?) mimosas. Perfect for a last minute brunch reservation or walk in, and great ambiance for catching up with friends! Three different rooms and fun decor, not stuffy at all

Bittersweet that this didn’t open while I was living on the block, bc I would have been here daily.

Have always been proponent of frozen yogurt but @birdiesnyc makes it so easy
They have the best flavors (even tho I would be happy with tart always) the consistency is perfect, and toppings are high quality versions of the traditional options
-
The sour candy is excellent, and tastes like actual fruit. Will be bringing back to dc in bulk

Through October 31, go to @ukaomakase for 30% off of wine and sake bottles during the 5:00 and 8:30 seatings. It’s one of the best deals I’ve seen for omakase in NY, including apps, nigiri, and dessert — it’s a fun place with great food!

Ready to retire so every Wednesday can be spent eating lunch outside at @flourcraft — and coming back for my favorite chocolate chip cookie

Shoreline Coffee Shop in Mill Valley, CA, is a longtime favorite of mine—casual, reliable, and always friendly. I’ve been coming here for years, especially after mornings at the beach, and it’s the kind of spot that just works whether for breakfast or lunch. Also, free coffee refills!

Always get the huevos rancheros, but I’ve tried most of the menu. They offer gluten-free bread and use quality ingredients like local sourdough and eggs, which you can tell.

The best farmers market is the one you’ve been going to since childhood — Sunday in SR — and where you can be 100% gluten free!

My old favorite, @supremehotpot in Arlington is ayce and now has a fun new layout. And lunch for $24.99. With tons of broths, fresh meats, seafood, and veggies, it’s perfect for all preferences. Highly recommend coming early—this place fills up fast, especially on weekends!

Can’t believe this whole meal from @arepazone was gluten free! Highly recommend for anyone downtown dc looking for a lunch spot! Better than your typical bowl and/or salad.
