BLEED BLUEEEE BABY 💙🖤 #committed #ACC #bluedevils @coachyoung_dukesb @w.o.w.softball @msptakeover @line_drive_media @polkway863 The time has FINALLY come are you ready to BLEED BLUE 💙🖤 cause ik am!!!!!
I am incredibly grateful and excited to announce that I will be perusing my athletic and academic career at the University of DUKE. First and foremost I want to say Thank God for everything because without him none of this would be possible. Ever since I was a little girl I had a dream to play D1 softball but also peruse high academics. Through out that dream my family has never failed to believe in me, encourage me, and push me. Everyday i am beyond thankful and reminded of how deep my line up really goes.

I want to say thank you to my Mom and Dad for not only giving me the genes but the mentality as well. The mentality to be great, push myself, and most importantly stay humble. None of this would be possible without them. The sacrifice both of my parents have made from my mom driving those long hours and exhausting flights to my dad analyzing and telling me new things to help
me get better.

I also want to say thank you to my siblings and my family. My brother especially, Champ you have always been such a role model for me your positivity your kindness and your support. You make me so proud to be your little sister. From the play fights and the competing with each other on everything to the endless love and care you have for me. I know that you would do anything for my better interest and would never leave me to make any decisions by myself and i love you so much for that.

Lastly I want to say thank you to all my coaches and the outside family and friends that have believed in me and followed me throughout this journey. To all the amazing people and coaches that I have met truly from the bottom of my heart Thank you!!. You truly don’t know how much the positivity and kind words have kept me going in some challenging times.
Anyways enough of the sadness your girl is a BLUE DEVIL 💙😈!! DOUBLE H BABY Hungry but Humble this is only the beginning to something beautiful 🙏 taken in Duke University A Cappella Council by @lbsoftball7

Who would’ve thought this little island girl would grow up to become the first Bahamian in history committed to a P4 school as a pitcher?🇧🇸💙
I always had a big dream, but I knew a dream wasn’t enough. I had to put in the work, stay consistent, and trust God through every step. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead.
From the Bahamas to Duke University… this is bigger than me. 🇧🇸💙😈#BleedBlue @mizunofastpitchusa @tidaltanktraining @leobsbl @dukesoftball @dukeglobalzone @duke___blue by @lbsoftball7

Shoutout to La’Breah Sands (@lbsoftball7 ) on her commitment to Duke University (@dukesoftball )

LB is a top and one of the most electric arms in the 2028 class‼️ One of my favorite pitchers to watch in the circle. Had the pleasure of coaching her for the last 2 years🔥

In the short time I’ve been working with LB, I can already tell she’s built on hard work and dedication. I’m not surprised by what she’s been able to achieve so far, but I’m really excited to see what the future holds for her!
