POSTS STORIES REELS
When they say history doesn’t change, it just rewrites itself, they are calling on our compliance—they are betting on our silence. But history is not written by those who look away; it is carved out by those who refuse to sit down. As mothers and fathers, our most sacred duty begins when we bring life into this world: to protect that life with everything we have. To give birth to a child is to bring a miracle into existence, and when that child’s safety, dignity, or life is threatened by injustice, our response must shake the very foundations of the earth. We do not raise our children to be prey to a broken system. We raise them to inherit a world where their lives matter. Look at where we stand. Mississippi’s soil is already heavy with the memory of Emmett Till, a tragedy that exposed the brutal heart of hatred to the entire world. Decades later, when another line in that same painful history tries to write itself, we are forced to ask: How many times will history repeat before we force it to break? A single voice calling for justice can be ignored. A single door can be closed. But a wall of mothers, fathers, brothers, and sisters standing shoulder-to-shoulder cannot be shut out. They can ignore one person, but they cannot silence a relentless, united community. One band, one sound. When one child is harmed, every parent’s heart must break. When one life is stolen, every brother and sister must demand accountability. We do not ask for peace without justice—because true peace cannot exist where justice is denied. We will not stand by quietly while history repeats its worst chapters. We will lock arms, we will raise our voices, and we will demand the justice our children deserve until this earth moves beneath our feet. No justice, no peace! #viralreels #noahwells #nojusticenopeace✊🏾✊🏿✊🏽 #letourvoicesbeheard by @lc_2k14
