A little peek at a couple CrossFit ISO recovery sessions I did last weekend for their CrossFit Olympics!

Excited to get back at it this weekend at the DRC Half!
Who will I see there?!

When you ask your mom to come in and help shoot some content🤭
(Hey, we tried😅)

All jokes aside, I’m grateful for moments like this.
The privilege to get my mom on the table and relieve some of the stress she has been carrying. To provide some laughs in the midst of heavy times.

One of my favorite parts of my job is creating a space for people to let go. Of pain and worries, even if momentarily, so they can get back to it.

A patient recently told me how comforted she feels when she comes to see me.
I take a lot of pride in making my space one where people can take a moment to relax and get away from the grind.
Our athletes know how important training is when prepping for a big race or event. I try to remind them that the rest and recovery is JUST as important to get them where they need to be.
Whether you’re gearing up for a big event, or just trying to prevent burnout, come see me! I’ve also got options for red light and CBD add-ons to provide an even faster recovery!

Red light massage with our medical grade CBD(NO THC) make for a dynamic duo to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain and boost recovery time.
We utilize Red Vive, which is an FDA Class 2 clinical device, to penetrate deep into the tissues while working with our muscle recovery cream as a powerful, noninvasive healing measure to assist in your treatment journey.
Call the office or visit our website to book your first session today!

Two whole months at Kinetic Centre💚
The overwhelming gratitude I feel for the growth, the rooms I have found myself in, and the people I have met is something I cannot fully put into words.
A space to heal. A community full of inspiration and motivation.
An actual dream come true.
A massive thank you to those who have supported me, believed in me, and especially those who have entrusted me with the care in their healing.
This season is about continued leaps out of my comfort zone. It’s about making room for new versions of myself as I welcome all that is making its way to me, and all the little wins along the way.
Never too early. Never too late. Always right on time.

Can’t wait to see what’s in store and watch y’all grow!🩵 by @lc_3dmassage

Anyone who knows me, knows my love for music is rooted deep in my bones. Noah Kahan has been influential in my healing journey over the last few years, so to celebrate Summer coming to a close and give you a reason to escape the heat, I want to share my “End of August” special.
A chance to save, a moment to unwind and ease into the new season.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. I’m always happy to help!

I’d love to help! by @lc_3dmassage

$Today marks the beginning of one of the biggest and greatest adventures I will ever embark on. I spent many years dreaming of becoming a massage therapist, dating back to my adolescence when I would set up a “spa” for my mom to help her relax. At 12, they found the curve in my spine. Then, after years of being plagued with migraines and chronic back pain from a later diagnosis of spondylolisthesis and a fracture in my L5-S1, I started getting massages to help alleviate my pain and get my life back. Last year, after the tragic loss of my father, I finally determined this life is much too short and I no longer wanted to keep my dream on the back burner. I went back to school and put countless hours into studying and furthering my education of the body, and how it all connects. This year, I have been granted the incredible opportunity to join on with a team of doctors who are dedicated to holistic healing and alternative rehabilitation methods to help patients as they navigate injuries and chronic stress/inflammation. I am beyond grateful for this chance to practice what I’ve been preaching for years. To prove to myself that I was always meant for more. To show my son that you can still follow your dreams after enduring hardships and tribulations. To help others get back up again and heal from their hurt. I extend a continued thanks to those who have supported me, in this realm and beyond, as I tackle this journey head on. And an even greater thank you to @3dmt_brittany for entrusting me with what she has built as she takes over our Denver base. My goal is to do nothing but make you proud and continue the care and dedication you give to your patients. Feel free to follow along as I share this new chapter with Kinetic Centre of Dallas and Frisco. Maybe even come see me, and be sure to tell your friends!💚 by @lc_3dmassage$
