🌊I came out for a quick look… and ended up staying awhile! This beach view in Puerto Vallarta deserved a little extra time. ☀️🌴

If you’re thinking about a beach getaway, add Puerto Vallarta to your list. Just make sure you leave some time to sit back and enjoy the view!

Would you be on the beach or taking it all in from the balcony? Tell me below! 👇 by @lchiefy5

💵After years of knowing exactly when payday would come, learning about different ways to earn opened my eyes. 👀

As a travel advisor, I can earn commissions on eligible travel bookings, including cruises, hotels, vacation packages, and excursions.

Separately, I build a business through PlanNet Marketing, which offers compensation for qualifying sales and team sales.

For me, it’s about learning new skills and building options. It takes consistent effort, earnings aren’t guaranteed, and each income path has its own requirements and payment schedule.

👉Curious about either path? DM me “OPTIONS” and tell me which one you’d like to understand. 💬 by @lchiefy5

✨London Tower right outside my window? Yes, please! And the location made this hotel even better. The train was just steps away, and I could walk to so many of the sights I wanted to see.

That’s what I love about a well located hotel. More time exploring, less time figuring out how to get there! 🚆✨

🏖️🌞Beach sunsets, a cold drink, and my feet up with nowhere to rush. Now that fall is making an appearance, I’m holding on to these summer memories a little tighter.

I’ll welcome the cooler days, but a piece of me is still in that lounge chair. 😂☀️

What’s one summer moment you wish you could rewind? ⬇️ by @lchiefy5

✨• One thing I hear from retirees is, “I’m too old to start something new.”
I disagree.
Think about what we already bring to the table.
We know discipline.
We know how to deal with people.
We know how to manage our time.
And after all these years, we’ve definitely picked up some wisdom!
Those skills don’t disappear when you retire. In fact, they can become some of your biggest strengths when building something of your own.
You don’t have to know everything on Day 1. You just have to be willing to learn something new.
Your experience has value. Your age is not your expiration date.
👉If you’re retired or getting close and wondering what your next chapter could look like, DM me NEXT CHAPTER.
Let’s have a conversation and see if this could fit your goals.

🏖️I love exploring, but after all that touring, I was ready to trade my walking shoes for a beach chair! A day by the water in Greece was just what I needed. 🌊🇬🇷

Give yourself permission to slow down on vacation. You don’t have to fill every minute to make beautiful memories.

Are you always on the go, or do you build in a beach day? ⬇️ by @lchiefy5

🏡A genuine question for the real estate agents here. 🏡
If you could explore building something alongside your existing business, without walking away from the career you’ve worked hard to build, would you be open to learning about it?
Not every opportunity is right for everyone. But I think it’s worth being curious and understanding what’s available before deciding.
Would you be open to exploring the possibilities? 👇

✈️I’m building a life I don’t need a vacation from. 💛

People ask why I work so hard on my travel business. For me, it’s about what I’m working toward: more time with my family, more adventures together, and the freedom to say, “Let’s go!” ✈️🌍

That future won’t build itself. So I’m learning, showing up, and putting in the work. My family is worth the effort.

Ready to explore building something of your own? DM me “FREEDOM” and let’s talk about what getting started looks like.

✈️Every new place I visit is a reminder that there’s still so much to experience, no matter your age. And when my daughter and granddaughter see me out here exploring, learning, and trying something new, I hope they think, “I can do that too.”

The memories mean everything. But showing them they can dream bigger? That’s part of the legacy I want to leave. ❤️🌍

What’s one place you’d love to experience with your children or grandchildren? Tell me below. ⬇️ by @lchiefy5

🏡 Real estate agents, you already know that business is about more than property. It’s about people.
Building trust with clients. Networking with other agents. Keeping relationships alive long after a deal closes.
Those skills don’t stop being valuable when you step away from a property showing. They can serve you in other areas of business, too.
Sometimes, the next opportunity starts with recognising the value of what you already know.
💬 Real estate agents: would you say relationships are one of your biggest business assets?
