For independent advisory firm PELTHE Capital Partners, we built a complete brand identity rooted in strategic discipline. Starting with researching the shield geometry, we expanded the visual system across a print collateral, a structured digital interface, and motion graphics designed to organize complex strategic data with clarity. Every decision moves from concept to tangible touchpoint, resulting in a seamless visual environment across print and digital.

ALONPI FALL WINTER 26/27

A visual exploration of the changing seasons and the research behind the visual language. Rooted in Biella, where landscape and textile culture meet, cashmere becomes a living material, shaped by quiet luxury, craftsmanship, tactile simplicity, and design made to last.

For Alonpi, LDF Studio led the creative direction around a simple premise: a study of softness as it moves through the seasons. With clarity as a guiding principle, every image pays tribute to Biella’s living textile culture and to an enduring savoir-faire.

365 Artists is a visual research project by LDF Studio. A constantly evolving series across photography, cinema, video, and visual arts united by a shared sensitivity and way of seeing. A constellation of voices shaping our cultural landscape. This is what feeds our imagination: what we observe, study, and carry into our practice. A glimpse into our process. One artist a day, for a year.

Chardchakaj Waikawee is a prominent Thai visual artist and photographer who documents youth subcultures, street identity, and marginalized communities through historic, late 19th-century analog processes such as wet-plate collodion tintypes and large-format cameras. He mixes chemical emulsions on location using mobile darkrooms and antique brass lenses. This slow-exposure technique produces singular, one of a kind artifacts marked by environmental flares and raw chemical textures.

Rather than using analog methods for nostalgia, Waikawee employs museum-grade archival craftsmanship to subjects overlooked by mainstream media, including working-class youth, street gangs, Muay Thai fighters, and vintage denim revivalists. Capturing his subjects without retouching in natural light, he preserves authentic textures, and expressions. Through this experimentation with chemicals and raw street realism, he elevates transient counterculture into history, defining youth not as an age group, but as an enduring spirit of resistance, freedom, and identity.

Ibiza’s golden age arose from a rare convergence of historical tensions, mysticism, economic transformations, and architectural spaces, capable of generating a global cultural model. The island’s metamorphosis began when the bohemian ideals of 1960s hippies came into contact with the new Spanish democracy of the post-Franco era. International communities integrated local legends into their identity, connecting Es Vedrà to Homer’s Odyssey and to Tanit, an ancient Phoenician goddess linked to fertility. Sunset gatherings overlooking the rock particularly from the cliffs of Cala d’Hort became a hallmark ritual, offering a natural counterpoint to the emerging social and commercial scene.

Ibiza’s nightlife rooted itself in the traditional rural farmhouses of the Balearics, known as fincas. Built over centuries, they featured thick stone walls coated in lime to reflect solar radiation, keep the interiors cool, and withstand humidity. Ceilings were framed with native sabina an insect-repelling and decay-resistant wood whose natural resins infused the interiors with a lasting, earthy scent. Figures like sociologist Antonio Escohotado fostered the transformation of these agricultural sites into cultural sanctuaries: In 1976, Escohotado rented an 18th-century finca to create El Taller del Olvido, later renamed Amnesia, where hippies, billionaires, and outcasts gathered to dance. Venues like Amnesia and Ku operated under the open sky, utilizing courtyards, swimming pools, olive trees, bougainvillea, and cacti as natural room dividers.

Everything begins with the way we look at the world.
At LDF, research is the way we enter reality. We observe culture, behaviour, images, language, objects, spaces and communities to understand what is changing, what is missing, and what is ready to emerge. From these signals, we build direction. Intuition becomes structure. Structure becomes visual systems, narratives and experiences that give brands a clearer role in culture. Our work moves between analysis and instinct, strategy and imagination, precision and emotion. From this tension, a system takes shape, one that connects ideas, people and culture, and gives meaning a visible form. Creative direction becomes a way to give shape to meaning, to make ideas visible, to bring people closer, and to create culture, community and presence around a point of view.

In an era of artificial intelligence, instant generation, and endless digital flux, media has lost its function as automatic proof. We no longer just consume images; we are forced to question their origin, context, and authenticity. As continuous digital production destroys context, memory can no longer be taken for granted. Archiving is not an act of nostalgia, but an act of protection, a necessary safeguard against a fragile present. To archive is to capture evidence, preserving the exact context of what happened before it is quietly modified, lost, or forgotten.

The 33-year project of activist Marion Stokes who recorded 71,716 videotapes of continuous 24-hour television from 1979 to 2012 serves as an important premonition. By capturing not just major news events, but the commercials, and cultural noise surrounding them, she realized that to protect reality from manipulation, we must preserve the exact trace of how the present was narrated as it unfolded.
