Whenever someone close to you rubs you the wrong way about your successes remember:

Most people are not hating on you, they're really hating themselves for not being able to keep up with you.

Give them grace & Give them Space. Don't Allow your light to dim because someone else's shadows #reelsviralシfb #ldgislike #WorldEvents by @ldgislike

Have you ever achieved something priceless and it lowered your friends self esteem?

Ever wonder How the #epsteinfiles can be revealed and Nobody cares?

Ever think about why people genuinely seem unhappy these days more so than ever?

More than likely.... It's your Newsfeed

You haven't felt real pain until you've had to look people you love in the eye and accept that the next phase of your life isn't for them 💔 #reels #hiphop #fypage #love #unresolvedtrauma by @ldgislike

In Her Renowned Classic work POST TRAUMATIC SLAVE SYNDROME @dr.joydegruy highlights how historical trauma + present-day harm can show up as survival patterns like hypervigilance, internalized racism, mistrust, violence turned inward/outward, and stress-related health struggles.

She told a story of a boy who would rather be shot in the head in front of his friends than to walk away and save his life. From a far it seems brainless but a closer look you can see it was a suicide attempt to save himself from pressures of society.

I personally know this to be true because I lived it.

Healing starts when you begin to trace the roots, develop pattern recognition, and then have the gumption to go against the pattern.

In the 1994 film #FistOfLegend, Chen Zhen is a Chinese martial artist studying in Japan. He rushes back to Japanese-occupied Shanghai after hearing his master died in a match against the Japanese karate champion Ryuichi Akutagawa.

Chen challenges Akutagawa because he wants to test the truth behind his master’s “loss” and defend the honor of his school. Chen enters the Japanese Dojo alone, challenges & defeats Akutagawa. Akutagawa accepts his defeat in Honor the #Samurai code.

Two warriors, forced to do battle to protect their beliefs and moral avenues. Neither were wrong and their stories will be linked forever.

Introvertive as a business owner and artist can be detrimental at times. Too many stimuli can dull my creativity so I have to be very selective on when I interact and what I interact about. Writing allows me to express the feeling while regenerating - a no brainer. Sometimes it's about therapy and nothing more.

In the Urban Music community Unresolved Pain is often spearheaded as a badge of Honor and influences our listeners to be participants in Crime.

Since #music is consumed from the first person, I add realizations in my #writing that depict me as the antagonist in hopes to defame trauma glorification
