I always knew from young as I drew logos at my Grandparents house during the holidays that I would one day have my own team🎨✍🏽 Falling in love with basketball at 16, my passions in sport moved, but the dream was always the same✨ As I got the privilege to play overseas for the first time in Portugal 🇵🇹, I got to play for a team ( @atleticocp ) + play against (Benfica) with more than 1 sport, and got to see in the city the 2 powerhouses of Lisbon/Portugal both @slbenfica & @sportingcp 🏟️🏆 The city, filled with their fans is not just about football, but it’s a love of all sports. Basketball 🏀, handball 🤾‍♂️, hockey 🏑, volleyball🏐, bringing all passions and people into one community. Supporting each other, no matter what they did, because they were family❤️💚 Wearing a shirt, even a colour is not just about the team you support, it’s about the community you join and who you stand with. As a boy from Lewisham, blue Borough with the golden community crown 👑💙 this is what I want for my people. A club, a space where all are connected and unified.
