Pilates before brunch should be the rule, not the exception 🥐
@risebarrepilates hosted a mat class at @luxembourgmarriottalfa, then brunch after — the kind of Sunday that actually feels like one.

Pilates then brunch, or brunch then Pilates?👇🏼

Evening reset: Pilates notes, Shelby walk, hot shower, my @origins retexturizing mask, then horizontal with a book & my favorite company 🐾🫧🤍

After a long week, this is non-negotiable. What’s yours? 👇

Such an immersive Pilates experience 🤍✨ The ambiance at @giolabs_luxembourg, the playlist, and @mec.movement‘s amazing energy made it so special. So happy I got to experience it with @banutemizkan. Definitely worth trying! taken in Giolabs - Digital Art Center by @le28byseda

A little milestone today… 🤍

100 classes at @risebarrepilates in almost five months. I never set this as a goal, but I’m so happy it happened just before the summer holidays.

My 100th class was with @jenny.fleschgaasch , and it couldn’t have been a better one. Thank you for such a beautiful barre class and the best glute burn! 🔥

One of the highlights of my year so far. So happy, so grateful, and so proud of myself. 💪🏼 taken in Luxembourg, Luxembourg by @le28byseda

Sometimes you just need a slow day. Today was for sunshine, a little stretching, and reconnecting with nature. 🌿 taken in Luxembourg by @le28byseda
