Proud of myself! 😄

I am starting to see the difference in my mood, energy levels, and body 💪🏾🦵🏾

Thank you @kaysh_fit for the encouragement and guidance! 💜 Sometimes we just need a plan to make reaching goals feel more achievable.

Such a fun show! 👏🏾👏🏾✨️✨️ Jack and the Beanstalk as I've never seen it before 😃

Includes a hilarious performance by @jade.hackett as Fairy Godfather.... JAMAICAN Fairy Godfather to be specific 😌!

👌🏾 My body has changed a lot over the years, but mostly in the last few months while pregnant and since having my son.

As someone with a dance background, I feel/understand the pressures of looking a certain way but a few years ago I decided to work out to FEEL a certain way instead. 🙏🏾💙

Feels good to be active again and cultivate a healthy version of myself for my little family 😊

💃🏾 Glad to be back! 😊

Before having my son, I promised myself that when I became a mother, I would do my best to maintain my passion for dance. It's such a huge part of my life that gives me joy, provides stress relief and allows me to explore different parts of my introvertedness!

This was my first class back since having Jordan 3 months ago and I forced myself to go with no expectations, no doubts, and no holding back. I'm so blessed to have a partner and support network who allow and encourage me to keep this passion running deep. 💜

Thanks to @herskinkissedbythesun @_katy.wood @_rainbeauxx @fumzgop @coridlionne @abisoula_ @isthathollyp @patiencegop many other Mum dancers I've connected with and have been inspired by💃🏾👌🏾🤩👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
