Honestly super grateful. Crazy to think this is our 2nd purchase in less than 12 months, especially knowing where we started 4 years ago

A lot of people see the wins but don’t always see the late nights, stress, risk, sacrifices, and consistency it took to build the business to make moments like this possible.

College dropout ➡️ First-time homeowner.
No trust fund. No shortcuts. Just years of grinding, betting on ourselves, and refusing to quit when it got hard.

If I can go from nothing to holding the keys to our own home… literally anyone can. You just have to want it bad enough and put in the work every damn day.

One year ago I couldn’t believe we hit $50K/month.

Spent the day with Jeff Le as he helped his client secure this San Diego investment property near Downtown 🏡🔥

Closed using a DSCR loan, meaning no personal income documentation was required. The lender qualified the deal based on the property’s projected rental income instead of the borrower’s W2s or tax returns one of the most powerful tools for real estate investors right now.

With the strategies and systems from @calvintranofficial’s Airbnb mentorship, this property is projected to generate around $9K to $12K in monthly revenue throughout the year, says Jeff.
