You want to dance but there’s a heat wave. 🥵 We know and we’ve got you covered! Just play this game and you’ll both be fine!

Yet another fun game for people that dance both roles. 🥰

It’s 2026 and many people dance both roles or want to learn but the Urban Kiz scene is a bit stuck in the past.😅

Organizers often say they’d ✨love✨ to stop discriminating based on gender but don’t know HOW. Luckily, I’ve met and have been learning from amazing organizers. 💕 I’ve created events that don’t discriminate based on gender and I’d love the share what I’m learning in case it helps you, an organizer you know, or even inspires new people to create better, more inclusive events! 🤩

OPTION 1️⃣: Leader, Follower & Role Switch Passes

•Instead of just leader/follower passes, implement role switch passes! How? Well, not by policing people, their levels, or how much they dance in each role. Simply by EMPOWERING people with the tools, resources, encouragement, and incentive to role switch!

•You’ll find that as soon as you give humans the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge by learning more about the dance and trying new things, you’ll see they love it! It opens up whole new worlds. Provide classes, hire teachers that help students gain skills and confidence, incentivize role switching monetarily, and give people the encouragement they need to try it!

•If the whole community isn’t ready, no need to force it. But at least give people the option and encouragement to try.

OPTION 2️⃣: Everyone Dances Both Roles

•This is even better. Everyone pays a fair price, no one waits to dance, everyone learns more and understands the dance better, people have better technique, events tend to be safer, and people can relax enough to have more fun.

Have more questions? Drop your Qs below and I’ll make more content! :) Happy to help get our little world progressing! 🤗

One of my favourite places, with one of my favourite Paris people, at the end of a great training session.
After all the step-compilations with the one who always has some new steps in mind @opone_samuel , we got motivated (or forced? hihi) to do an improvised one. On one of my favourite songs as well! ✨

📹 Thank you @phill_kwalitykiz for filming and editing 🙏❤️
