One thing motherhood has taught me is that it’s a lot easier to prioritize everyone else than it is to prioritize yourself.

Case in point: this appointment at @myethos360 with @leaaesthetics_ took me three tries to schedule.

So this was my reminder to take a little time for myself and prioritize a little self-care.

And yes… I’m looking forward to the Botox results too 💁🏼‍♀️

Almost two weeks later… and I couldn’t be happier with the results l!

One of the reasons Botox makes sense for me is because I’m a mom all day and on camera at night. By the time I get to work I’ll take all the help I can get looking a little more refreshed 😅

I love that I still look like me… just a little more rested, refreshed, and confident stepping in front of the camera.
