Happy one week to High as a Kite 🪁

But in actuality, it's been roughly one year in the making! In June of 2025 we needed to decide on what songs to record, figure out when recording should take place around our vacation windows and Anna's pregnancy progress and what the songs should even sound like. We were also finally forced to name "song without a name" to Silhouettes.

Recording was a smooth, fun and exciting process in the Sunnanå studio, where @tobiasekqvist guided us patiently and with a grounding helping hand through the entire process. The composition and sound of the three songs would have never existed without Tobias' expertise and finesse, so we are extremely grateful to him for all the time and effort he has put into the EP ❤️

Scroll through our journey and enjoy some behind the scenes of the recording process! 🎛️

Don't forget to listen to High as a Kite through your favorite streaming platform and we'll see you tomorrow at @grand.malmo! 🥰 taken in Sunnanå Studio by @leadingedgeofficial

High as a Kite is out today 🪁🎶

We're so proud to finally bring you these three songs! We hope you'll find something relatable in them 💛 It's been a long journey for them to be released into the world today - recording started last summer while Anna was in her last months of pregnancy, we have been through moving houses, new jobs and the lack of jobs, bringing full backline across Skåne to rehears and going back and forth with our producer Tobias to finally end up here. We couldn't be more happy 🎶
