Stepping behind this podium reminded me that leadership is never about the microphone; it’s about the people you serve.

The leaders we honor, from Shirley Chisholm to Thurgood Marshall to Frederick Douglass, showed us that progress comes from courage, humility, and action.

Grateful for the chance to pour into others and carry that legacy forward.

I had the joy of attending Dress for Success Cincinnati’s Annual Fashion Show!

The Wicked theme was such a powerful reminder of what happens when women lift one another up. From connecting with amazing women to hearing inspiring stories of resilience, it was a night full of empowerment, style, and purpose. All of this happened under the great leadership of their CEO, Meggan Thompson!
