A little early morning photoshoot with The Low Oak!

I quietly launched this design a couple of months ago for 6" plants with a bit shallower root systems and wanted to get some fresh pictures for the @faire_wholesale market... This twist on The Oak stands at 4.5" tall and looks so good with this ZZ!

Working on a whole line of new plant accessories! Just started on the tester for a new hoya hoop... This one will be finished and put to the test to make sure everything holds up, so stay tuned to see the progress!

Thanks for the support over the past few days! These aren't the last trees we'll be helping get into the ground... I hope everyone is feeling safe and comfortable... This week should be a little better (at least locally) but we're not out of the woods. Let's keep protecting our planet and our community 💚

You know I'm such a fool for the planet - so I'm very excited to be testing out the new Regenerative PLA+ from @american_filament

We generally use PLA for our products because it is able to be broken down into compost (in industrial conditions) and is tough enough to take a tumble while still keeping your plants safe... But what if the PLA just broke down on its own?!

Regenerative PLA attracts microbes that transform the material into soil instead of lingering as microplastics. These microbes stay dormant during normal use, and they are designed to activate only at end-of-life in environments such as landfills. I'll be testing out The Talipot to see if this material behaves differently than more traditional materials since it's meant to activate in microbe rich envonments,so stay tuned to see how that progresses!

I'll also be testing out how it breaks down in my @getlomi
countertop composter compared to other materials... Sometimes larger pieces take a few trips through the system to fully biodegrade, it will be interesting to see the difference!

Cute Pots 🤝 Cute Pothos

Pothos are an incredible beginner friendly plant. If you’ve tried your luck with houseplants before and you wrote yourself off as “not a plant person”, try again with a pothos.

They are an incredibly forgiving plant for both new and seasoned plant parents. Plus they come in so many cute varieties!!

Grabbed a big box rescue plant this weekend (because you can't just get mulch and nothing else!) and needed a cover pot for a slightly larger 2ish inch nursery pot... Just went with the shape to test fit and decided to figure out the flourish and outer design later; except I actually think I like it plain 😅
