… and I still love flipping just as much now as I did at the beginning. Can’t believe it’s already time for (super) senior night! 🥹

So blessed to have 5 exhilarating years as a Florida Gator @gatorsgym 💙

It’s been over two years since I touched the uneven bars… and I honestly can’t believe I can still do a kip cast handstand 😅

There’s nothing like getting back to flipping and realizing your body still remembers - even if it’s a little rusty. Definitely reminded me how much I miss NCAA gymnastics and training with a team 🥹

Thanks to @lomckeown and @lauren._kramer_ for inspiring me to put on grips again (& providing them lol)!

Might have to make open gym a more regular thing… what should I try next time?

At this point, my entire personality is trying new workouts 😂

The world of fitness and wellness and nutrition is so overwhelming, but why is trying everything also so so fun?

After spending over 20 years fully committed to one sport (gymnastics), I guess my 20s are for trying all the others… Pilates, flying trapeze, lifting and anything else you can think of

I swear I come up with a new training plan every two months, but at least it keeps staying active and healthy exciting 😅

It’s been two years since I did a flip on the balance beam… and honestly, I have no idea how I didn’t fall 😂

I guess 20 years of gymnastics practice doesn’t just disappear overnight, muscle memory is real.

This was seriously the most fun I’ve had in a long time, and it made me miss NCAA gymnastics and being an athlete more than ever. 💙

Thinking about making it back to open gym again soon - what should I try next time?

P.S. Huge shoutout to @lomckeown and @lauren._kramer_ for being the best cheerleaders and for keeping an eye on all my back handsprings, back tucks, and aerials 👯‍♀️💫

Proper update since I was MIA on Instagram for a bit 😅

For 22 years, everything was about chasing a perfect 10. Now, it’s chasing new challenges at work, peak fitness, fun travels, and the kind of life that feels uniquely mine 😌

I like to think your 20s aren’t about having it all figured out. Instead, they’re about rewriting the rules, making bold plot twists, and building a story you actually want to live.

The best adventures don’t follow a blueprint.
