I’ve been really struggling to write this post — I have so much to say. I want every single person reading it, to feel seen. But this morning I came to realization that I don’t have to say it all right now. This isn’t goodbye 🫶🏻

I’ve been sitting with this feeling. Imagine relief, grief, excitement, disappointment and gratitude all thrown into one breath. (Emphasis on the gratitude)

Yesterday, I made the decision to end my partnership with Olive Tree People.

This post somehow feels too much and not near enough all at once.

There is an expectation set on this kind of thing. An expectation I fear I cannot meet. Because the truth is — there is no right way to leave. At least not to everybody. So I’ve come to terms with the fact that it truly only has to make sense to me.

I just want to say thank you.

Thank you endlessly for trusting me to support you in this business. I hope I have served you well in my time as your mentor, leader, peer, and friend.

I hope that I have inspired you the way you have inspired me, and made you feel seen and loved the way you have seen and loved me.

My experiences over the last 3 years have changed me, and I’m unfathomably grateful for the relationships and opportunities that shaped this season of my life.

I have so much love and respect for my friends and peers — going, staying, or selling feet pics — I love y’all no matter what you choose. 😘

If you know anything about me, I hope it’s that I’d never want to make anyone feel small. The opposite, actually. I want you to feel empowered.

Cheers to feeling aligned and trusting yourself 🥂 by @leahflaming

$Hi, I’m Leah I just wanted to take a minute to share a little bit about myself for those of you that are just meeting me! I’m so stoked you’re here ❤️‍🔥 (or maybe you’ve been around my little corner of the gram for a while but only seen a small fraction of who I am.) Instead of telling you about myself and how I hope to be perceived — I decided to let some of the people who know me best tell you *in these slides* I actually love how unique each response is but how wildly accurate they describe me when put altogether. 🥲 I’d love to learn a little about you, too! Please feel free to drop something about yourself in the comments of shoot me a message and say hi! I hope you stick around and have a little fun, learn something, or just feel seen 🫶🏻 by @leahflaming$
