The Play That Goes Wrong, 2026

Still pinching myself (which adds to my current list of bruises) for the last few months of laughter, hijinks, and general insanity with the funnest and funniest group of people around. Could NEVER have imagined I would one day get to perform in my dream show, and in a role that gave me such joy and courage to take up space.

THANK YOU to the beautiful cast, crew & prod team of TPTGW for making me laugh constantly (oftentimes onstage), enduring my constant need to vlog, and quite literally lifting me up when I am down. You all mean more to me than words can express. I will hold the joy and the love of this experience close to my heart for a long time. 💜💜💜 by @leahpacker._

if you had told january leah everything that was about to happen this year???? lol she would never believe you.

2025 was definitely the highest of highs alongside the lowest of lows (“that’s adulting” - Rachel Packer), featuring old friends that make everyday so sweet & new friends that I now can’t IMAGINE doing life without. thankful for every moment, and for the insane growth this year gifted me with.

Everything is Wonderful: Sept-Oct 2025

but is it even really goodness, if you have no other choice?

been struggling to write this post for weeks, because how do you say goodbye to something so (everything is) wonderful? this show gave me about a million and one beautiful memories, the BEST (!!!) found family I could have ever wished for, and the chance to say “balls” onstage in front of my grandmother.

playing Miri was a gift that pushed me FARRR beyond my comfort zone, occasionally made me cry, and showed me a deep internal strength and fire that I didn’t know I possessed. workin’ with the best people in the world made me laugh until my stomach hurt, also occasionally made me cry (talking to YOU @dcmcg81), and showed me a tremendous love and care that I’ll never forget. Everything is Wonderful was truly one of the greatest, most transformative experiences of my life and I already miss it all (& seeing these people everyday!!) so dearly and deeply. thankful. ❤️

Shaw’s Shorts, Nov-Dec 2024 💗

My soul is FULL of ‘welling pathos’ for this experience, this team that welcomed me to WSG with kindness and warmth, and (of course) this cast that felt like family.

It was a month of joy, love, CONSTANT laughter, deep talks, trips to the Christmas Market, occasional limping, dance parties, de-vanifying, watching accent tutorials, dressing room vlogs, and punching @flomasito_80. It has all changed and bettered my life as a person and performer (not the punching part) and I am forever thankful. Love to all!

Wannabe, July 2024❣️

Beyond blessed (with a seed, sister?) to have been a part of this wonderful process, helping to bring @jamesjjohnson1 story to the stage and meeting some of the greatest people along the way. Wannabe family, you will always hold the most special place in my heart. Here’s to never missing a beat, babies in bar carts, Bon Jovi, making moves & getting money, waiting for Willy and Wendy, stoliosis, backstage handshakes, this AMAZING play, and all of you. This was truly a special one, and I’ll never forget it.

The biggest thanks to @jamesjjohnson1 and @scriptartist for giving me the gift to be a part of it all.

in true Leah fashion, here are some of my favorite vlog-worthy moments of pure happiness and love in 2023. this year was one of the hardest of my life; December 2022 Leah and December 2023 Leah are SO very different. I’m proud of both of them:)
