MONTRÉAL! ON SE VOIT À LA JOURNÉE PRO D’INVASION COCKTAIL?

Mardi 22 septembre, de 13 h à 18 h, je prends les commandes pour animer toute une journée de masterclasses, cocktails et compétition. Et comme c’est aussi mon anniversaire, j’ai apparemment décidé que la meilleure façon de célébrer était de travailler au micro pendant 5 heures. 🎂🎤

avec Maximilien Jean, autour des spiritueux et liqueurs italiens, de leurs origines médicinales à leur place derrière le bar aujourd’hui.

Quand des entreprises québécoises se supportent, ça donne de très belles (et bonnes) choses 🫶

Hier, on célébrait le nouveau Fin Soda Rhubarbe-Camomille Fizz, créé en collaboration avec Le Cuisinomane. Une collaboration qui nous ressemble : locale, créative et surtout, dangereusement délicieuse.

Un énorme merci à Satay Brothers pour leur confiance et pour nous avoir prouvé que l’accord canette + bouffe pouvait être pas mal trop parfait 🌼🥢

On trinque à la créativité d’ici, aux belles collaborations et à ceux qui choisissent de se supporter entre eux.

Longue vie aux collabos québécoises 💚
