I've been working on something behind the scenes, and I'm SO excited to finally start sharing it with you!

Over the last year, I've worked with so many people who are absolutely brilliant at what they do, but don't always have the confidence to show it. Which is frustrating!

Because I've seen people with incredible knowledge and experience hold themselves back simply because they don't feel confident speaking up.

So I've decided to create something different.

I'm launching my very own Public Speaking & Confidence Membership!

A space where we can work on all those things that make such a difference to how you show up.

Your confidence. Your voice. Your body language. Your presence. How you communicate and how people experience you.

There'll be practical training, exercises, masterclasses. keeping everyone accountable and opportunities to practise, because confidence doesn't come from simply watching someone talk about it. It comes from actually DOING it!

And I want this to be something you can fit around your life, without feeling like you've signed up for another enormous commitment.

And what is my biggest goal? To make really good communication coaching accessible to more people. Because sometimes 1:1 isn't right for everyone.

You don't need to be an extrovert. You don't need to have a big presentation coming up. And you certainly don't need to change your personality.

I just want you to feel comfortable being YOU, whether you're speaking to one person or a room full of people.
I'm still putting the finishing touches on everything, but I've opened up the waiting list!

It's completely free to join, there's absolutely no obligation, and you'll be the first to hear when the doors open.

Well this was rather exciting to see today!
I’ve been featured by McGill Media as a body language expert, analysing the now-viral interaction between Donald Trump and golfer Adam Scott.

There is SO much going on in this interaction beyond the handshake itself.

The mirroring, the change in proximity.
The movement into intimate space.

And most interestingly, what Scott’s body does immediately afterwards.

This is the side of body language I find fascinating. I'm not trying to “mind read” someone from a single gesture, but looking at observable behaviour, movement, proxemics and changes within an interaction.

Thank you to McGill Media for asking me to contribute my analysis.

I’ll share more of what I spotted in the video tomorrow because there’s a LOT to unpack!
