Well… we did it. We moved our boy to South Carolina. 🥹🧡⚾️

After months of decisions, paperwork, planning, packing and wondering how this was all going to come together… we officially moved Kaysen into his new home away from home.

Approximately 5 trips to Walmart 😂, 2 trips to Dick’s Sporting Goods, meeting his roommates, getting his classes sorted and figuring out all the little things you don’t think about until your kid is suddenly living 3,200 km away.

And then… we left him there. 😭🧡

This kid had a dream to play college baseball, and watching him actually step into it is one of those parenting moments I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

So incredibly proud of you, Kaysen. Go chase it. Work hard. Make good choices. Enjoy every minute.

South Carolina, take good care of our boy. 🧡⚾️

S E V E N T Y Years ❤️

This weekend we had the joy of celebrating Poppa’s 70th birthday, surrounded by family and friends who have been part of his journey over the years.

There was laughter, stories, cake, hugs, and so many memories shared around the room.

Birthdays like this are a reminder that the greatest gift isn’t the decorations or the cake… it’s the people who show up, the memories you’ve made together, and the love that fills a room.

Happy 21st birthday to my first born baby girl 🎀 🎉

This year has stretched my mama heart more than I expected.
Seeing less of you all year has been hard… but somehow we’ve still managed to make the most beautiful memories in between all the distance, dinners, concerts, beach days, late night chats, and hours upon hours of FaceTime 🥹

Watching you navigate life, independence, friendships, work, hard seasons, growth, and adulthood with so much strength and grace has made me incredibly proud.

You are thoughtful, resilient, funny, strong, and so deeply loved.

I know this season is shaping you into exactly who you’re meant to become… even if this mama wishes she could still keep you a little closer sometimes.
