Celebrating Summer Solstice with a corn harvest and burning up all the wood we’ve been piling up on the side of the house. 😬 😁
Planning to make popcorn and corn cakes. :) Tomatoes, peppers and okra are coming in next. :)

Since last October I’ve been catering retreats at The White Eagle Lodge up in Montgomery every two months or so. It’s been such a blessing to be on the land and making nourishing meals for the community and guests there. With so much history around learning about the food industry, my plant based journey, diving deeper into Holistic Nutrition and becoming a certified health coach, and the years of cooking up healthy meals to feed my family, it felt like the next step in my journey would only naturally be about feeding people healthy food. And this week I took another step down that path, when I got my first weekly meal prep client! I truly enjoy feeding people and creating in the kitchen. I see this as a step towards having our community center/cafe and the dream we have had since @breathegatherings was born. Here’s to celebrating life, health, fun, creativity, and nourishment! 🎉 #everystepcounts #privatechef #holisticnutrition by @learn_create_grow

Super slow vacuuming the rugs….ew y’all! I knew rugs and carpet were dust and dirt traps but seeing it come out of your rugs is a whole other thing. I used to quickly vacuum over it a few times but now I guess I’ll be slow rolling at least once a week. #yuck #slowvacuuming #rugs by @learn_create_grow
