You have read the books. You know what adaptogens are. You have tried protocols.

And still — something persists.

The anxiety that lives just under the surface. The exhaustion that doesn’t lift. The stress response that fires when there is nothing left to fight.

The Plant Devotional is not theory. It is a root cause conversation between you and twelve plants that have been addressing these patterns for thousands of years — clinically, scientifically, and with a precision that no supplement label has ever captured.

One plant per month. The science, the body, the ritual. THE INTEGRATION. A year of finally understanding what your body has been asking for.

An herbal immersion like no other.

The Plant Devotional is a 12-month botanical experience where we don’t just learn what a plant does — we learn why it does it — and how to create specific changes in the body with it.

Hawthorn, our first plant in the immersion, has been tending the human heart for over two thousand years, making it perhaps the #1 herb for the entire cardiovascular system.

Conditions it speaks to: cardiovascular stress, anxiety held in the chest, arteries filled with plaque, the body that runs tight and guarded…

No matter the plant, you’ll learn how to find the root cause pattern it addresses, not just the symptom it soothes.

One plant per month. 12 months of rejuvenating and transforming your mind, body and spirit—on your own terms.

Words can’t express all the feels today. 3 years ago I rode by this beautiful space and the next day I had keys 🔑 in hand. All after the magic of @theseasideshaman Goddess Retreat in 2023. I left there intentional about opening an apothecary for the community and one week later I found this gem…

As emotional as the last few weeks have been knowing there would be unavoidable rough days ahead, there’s still magic in the air when I think about what my next space will look like and how it will help to change lives.

The art of healing comes in many different forms, and for now, I’ll be transmitting that dope healing energy through my online store and virtual holistic medicine clinic. You’ll find me teaching workshops in the community, holding space for women online, and so much more… this is all part of the evolution, and I’m here for it. Entrepreneurship is beautiful, thrilling, exhausting, and fulfilling all at the same time and will often make you question your sanity 😅😵‍💫, but it’s what I’m here to do.

Here’s 🥂 to the next chapter of Tao. If it’s been a while, visit my site cicelyeverson.com to see what I’m up to. I’ll bring you along the journey as it unfolds ✨

Huge shoutout to @theseasideshaman and @ahom.holistichealth for your instrumental input on design, service offerings, and the intimate conversations we’ve shared as women. To all of my clients… there are too many to tag here! You know who you are 😉. It’s because of YOU that Tao became a vibe in coastal Delaware. And to my bestie @bjgianni … I can still smell all the Thai food we shared during our drop-in lunch dates helping each other navigate life 🫠🤪. Love you all 💋

Stay with me as we navigate this journey together. I’ll see you in my next workshop!

An Intro to Pattern Medicine, the system I use to help you translate what your body is saying.

Sometimes we feel like our body is broken…. It’s really just been “patterned” and those patterns can be read, decoded and restored so you and your body feel like one again! by @learnatiamm

Calling all practitioners, herbalists, nutritionists, naturopaths, functional clinicians, and more…

Registration opens this week for my new practitioner intensive, PATTERN MEDICINE! It’s a full-day holistic training on my three-pattern framework for understanding and addressing conditions and dis-ease without drugs.

Stay tuned, as early bird registration opens this week!! As always, tap the link in my bio to see what we’re up to!

I still remember the first time a plant spoke back.

Not in words. In sensation. A warmth that moved through my body when I held thyme. A quieting when I crushed tulsi between my fingers.
I thought I was learning herbalism. But really, I was remembering a language my body already knew—one that got buried under years of being told healing only happens in white coats and prescription pads.

The plants never forgot how to speak. Maybe we just forgot how to listen.

That’s what clinical herbalism gave me back. Not just formulas and dosages (though yes, those too). But the remembering.

What if everything you need to become a healer is already inside you—just waiting for the right teacher to help you remember?
