***From Classroom to Newsroom: Ten Graduates Launch Careers Across Independent Radio***

Today marks a special day in the Learning Waves Skillnet calendar as we see 10 Journalism Graduates start their journey to becoming full-time journalists across the sector.

Graduates are embarking on a five month programme which will see them placed in the newsroom of one of Ireland's Independent Radio Stations. While on placement, graduates are supported by a tailored training programme devised by Learning Waves Skillnet and funded by @cnam.ie and @skillnetireland.

Stay tuned to us over the coming months to see how the graduates are doing!
