Goldenrod is such a powerful medicinal hanging out along the edges between forest and field. 🌾
This powerful plant is super easy to use.
Blooms
Honey
Fridge
And you can eat it straight or prepare it any other way you might use honey 🍯
Great for seasonal allergies and that nasty little cold that comes in at the beginning of fall

We have moved upstate and we will be making the Garden space active again in the CO. Bringing galleries and craft classes to the locals (plus neighbors!)

I took a walk outside and with the help of some labels in the botanical garden and a super handy app; I found food (and some medicine 🌿)
Goldenrod-natures pharmacy☀️
Perilla leaves-Korean delicacy🌿
Alum- a great onion flavor 🍀
Squash blossoms- food 🏵️
Angelica- natures pharmacy 🪻
