Happy Teachers’ Day to me and to all the amazing teachers out there.

8 years ago today, I volunteered to teach in my son’s class, and I instantly knew I was meant to be a teacher.

I started my journey by training to become a Montessori educator, and I fell even more in love with teaching.

For the past 8 years, I have had the privilege of teaching early learners, and honestly, the fulfilment that comes with it is truly amazing.

It’s not just about teaching numbers and letters. It’s about teaching social skills, helping children develop confidence and independence, and watching them understand and apply what they have learnt.

There is something incredibly rewarding about watching a child grasp a concept they once struggled with and knowing you played a part in that journey.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to teach. I’m grateful for every child who has been part of my journey, and I’m super grateful to be a teacher. 🤍

A little feedback that reminded me why I do what I do.
