Make a track with me in my studio — your release, built together from start to finish.
We’ll create the full track side by side, ready for release on all platforms.

If the track gets signed to a label, I’d simply receive co-production credits — it remains your release and your artist name.

EP.12 — Becoming Someone New 🖤

Not proud of every version of myself I’ve been, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

No ambition, no real goals, on the rip all the time… to building a life around music, teaching others and actually having something I’m hungry for.

Still a long way to go, but that’s the point.

You don’t have to stay the person you are today.

Started DJing in 2020.

Started producing in 2021.

Since then I’ve been fortunate enough to play venues like Ministry of Sound and Eden Ibiza, receive support from artists like David Guetta and Yotto, and help students on their own journeys too.

If you’re looking to improve your DJing, music production or content creation, I’d love to help.

1. SIDECHAIN

A lot of beginners think sidechain is meant to go on the kick itself. Really, it’s there to create space FOR the kick by ducking other elements around it. Plugins like Kickstart are great for workflow and getting clean movement quickly.

2. TIMING SAMPLES WRONG

If your project is 130 BPM and you time a sample to 130 without checking the sample’s ORIGINAL BPM first, you’re basically lying to your DAW😅
You need to tell the DAW what BPM the sample originally was BEFORE stretching it to your project tempo.

3. STACKING TOO MANY DRUM LOOPS

Throwing loads of loops together usually creates clashing grooves and messy rhythm. Yes, sometimes you get lucky, but most of the time less is more. Pick loops that truly work together or build your own groove from scratch.

4. RELYING TOO MUCH ON LOOPS

Using loops at the start is completely fine for learning structure and workflow. But long term, try learn how to make your own drums, basses, melodies, and synths. If thousands of people can drag the same loop into a project, it’s harder to stand out. Your individuality comes from what YOU create.

5. OVERFILLING TRACKS

One of the biggest mistakes I hear is producers adding too many layers because they think more = bigger. Usually the best tracks are built around a few strong ideas executed properly. Space and simplicity are massive in electronic music.
