In this picture 📸, my hand points to the heartbeat of my journey – my two beloved cousins.👨‍👩‍👧 My "WHY" is woven through a collage of family bonds that carry the weight of sacrifice, pain, and immeasurable love.💔

14 years ago, a reluctant leap of faith was taken, and my uncle embraced life insurance as his safety net. He couldn’t fathom that, so soon after, grief would knock at his door. His daughter, his world, slipped through his fingers at only 10 years old.🕊️ A check from the life insurance was more than just paper – it was a reassurance that life could, somehow, go on.💔

Then, the unthinkable – my 22 -year-old cousin, a beacon of strength and sole provider to his sightless, diabetic mother, was torn from this world in a senseless drive-by.🕯️
