Solutions:

(i) In quadrilateral MQBN, MQ ⟂ TQ and NB ⟂ TQ (Radius ⟂ Tangent).

∴ MQ ∥ NB (perpendicular to the same line).

Hence, MQBN is a TRAPEZIUM.

(ii) No, MN is not parallel to PA.

For two parallel lines, the perpendicular distance between them must be the same.

But PM = 13 cm and AN = 8 cm.

Since PM ≠ AN, MN is not parallel to PA.

(iii) TP = TQ = 80 cm (Tangents from the same external point).

TB = TQ − BQ = 80 − 35

TB = 45 cm

If α and β are the zeroes of

ax² + bx + c = 0

then the equation whose zeroes are 1/α and 1/β is simply:

👉 Interchange a and c!

ax² + bx + c = 0
⬇️
cx² + bx + a = 0

No need for a long derivation!
