FOR YOUR GRAMMY CONSIDERATION - Best Reggae Album From the bloodline of reggae royalty to the Grammy ballot. Leba Hibbert - daughter of the legendary Toots Hibbert, has been submitted for Grammy nomination for Best Reggae Album for her latest release, "Leba Abel". This 8-track project is her most personal work to date. Leba produced many of the songs herself, with "Bless Me" featuring her brother Junior Toots and "Extreme" featuring the legendary Stephen "Cat" Coore. Every track is rooted in her truth - her life, her experiences, her journey. From singing on Sly & Robbie's 1999 Grammy-winning "Friends," to Toots & The Maytals' 2005 "True Love," and Toots' 2020 Grammy-winning "Got to Be Tough" - Leba has been a part of Grammy history before. Now she steps forward on her own. If you are a voting member, please consider LEBA ABEL - LEBA HIBBERT. ❤️ #LebaHibbert #LebaAbel #GrammyConsideration #BestReggaeAlbum #TootsAndTheMaytals #Grammys #RecordingAcademy by @leba.thomas
