A blank canvas. Designed with intention.

From concept to execution, it was our pleasure to design and produce Jacob’s 40th birthday celebration this past weekend.

This milestone celebration reflected an atmosphere of joy, elegance, and a deep sense of love and community—where tradition met modern celebration. It was a moment of gratitude and reflection, honoring God’s faithfulness, the legacy built, and the meaningful journey ahead.

Sometimes, the rain comes when you least expect it.

Plans change. Timelines shift. The window gets smaller. And for a moment, you wonder if everything you envisioned will still come together.

But for Lebarty Events, we know that not everything will always go according to plan. What matters is how we respond when it doesn’t.

We waited. We trusted. And when the moment came, we worked with everything we had, adjusting, moving quickly, and staying committed to bringing our client’s vision to life.

Because sometimes, the circumstances only change the way you get there not where you’re going.

Maybe that’s true for life, too.

There will be seasons when the timing doesn’t make sense, when the plans change, and when the road looks nothing like you imagined. But God is still working, even in the waiting and sometimes, it takes a storm to remind us how strong we’ve become.

Services provided: Drapes, aisle carpeting, risers, life sized photos, and welcome signage

A reception worth the wait. ✨

Because a wedding reception is more than a beautiful space… it’s the backdrop for moments you’ll cherish forever.

One of the things we've learned in this work is that people rarely remember who installed the draping or adjusted the lights.

They remember how the room made them feel.

So every stage we dress, every light we position, and every dance floor we install is our quiet way of serving the people who will fill the room.

Excellence isn't about being seen. It's about loving people well through the work we're entrusted with.

Services offered: Draping, lighting, stage dressing, and dance floor wrap, special effects by @lebartyevents.

Shenika & Anthony’s ceremony was nothing short of breathtaking every detail thoughtfully designed to create a timeless backdrop for the moment they said “I do.”

A beautiful reminder that your ceremony deserves just as much attention as your reception.

The best event production isn't about adding more. It's about knowing exactly what a space needs.

This transformation came together through intentional draping, lighting, stage styling, and a custom dance floor, each element designed to complement the celebration, not compete with it.

Lebarty Events believe excellence is one of the simplest ways we can serve others.
