Le Bump || A celebration of my journey, transformed into art✨🤍

Six babies. Six pregnancies. Eleven years of watching my body stretch, soften, grow and make room for new life.

And this was my last.

There is something so emotional about seeing this season of my life captured like this. The belly that carried Henri. The body that has carried all six of my babies. A chapter that has shaped me in every possible way — now preserved forever in the most beautiful piece of art.

Thank you, @lebumpstudio, for creating something I know I will treasure for the rest of my life. One day, I hope this little sculpture sits in the home of one of my children — a quiet reminder of where their story began, and of the body that was once their very first home.

More than a sculpture. More than a memory. A little piece of my motherhood story, forever💫

Heb jij tijdens je zwangerschap(pen) je buik laten vastleggen? Ik vond het zo bijzonder hoe liefdevol en persoonlijk het contact was met de lieve eigenaresses en wat een prachtige plek in hartje Amsterdam. Het voelt alsof ik zowel James als ons meisje vast heb laten leggen. Deze kwaliteit gaat generaties mee!
