this practice means so much to me 🤍

this is where I learned discipline and consistency.

the Lebo who started practicing yoga in 2020, when everything looked messy, when I was falling all over the place, when I couldn’t do half the things I can do now 😅 would look at this version of me and be so proud of how far we’ve come.

yoga has taught me patience. It has taught me to keep returning to the mat, even when I don’t feel like it. It has taught me that I can be still and be strong at the same time!

most importantly, it has taught me to appreciate my body and to learn how to move with it, listen to it, challenge it and trust it!

what a blessing it is to spend years learning how to move within the body that carries you through every single day 🌱✨
