Meet my mother ⭐️ The woman, the myth, the reason I have absolutely no chill 😂💕 Mind you, these are absolute strangers!!

To me, she’s Mom. To others, she’s Coach René of @prowessgrowth.com_ 🫶🏽

She’s truly learned to live joyfully and give people their flowers. She takes care of so many people in her village, and I’ve had a lifetime of lessons watching her live out her mission.

My mom is a lifelong learner. Always working on herself, pivoting, growing and leading with faith, kindness and love. What she encourages others to do, I get to watch her practise.

One lesson I’m taking with me: keep becoming who you want to be, and the power of choosing joy! She certainly does 😂💕

Had the loveliest afternoon at the @1milk2sugarspr Holiday Preview, discovering some amazing brands, getting a little spoiled!

We also had the chance to sit in on an insightful panel with RBC about sustainable collaboration and what it takes to build meaning partnerships. Congratulations @kaylamarieto, @jahjahbanks @cassiedayyy, @alldayfit.co & @rbc!

One thing I’ve come to appreciate more and more is how important community is. There’s so much value in being in rooms where you can learn from others, exchange ideas, and cheer each other on!
