Ah yes. 🪷 by @lecklect_

For us, a family holiday is never quite complete until we’ve found a way to connect with the culture, creativity and stories of the land we’re visiting. 🤎
And this time, Maun led us to a rather beautiful little discovery: @thespacebotswana, tucked away in Matlapana, surprisingly just a stone’s throw from where we were staying.

We had the pleasure of connecting with @sharon_atang , and what an experience it was! 😍
There’s something incredibly special about spaces that feel intentional, where art is not simply displayed but given room to breathe, to speak and to invite curiosity. The Space has that quality in abundance. What stayed with me most were the little touches. The thoughtfulness of the setting, the intimate atmosphere, the way every detail seems to contribute to the experience without competing with the art itself. Nothing feels hurried or unnecessarily elaborate. Just a beautiful space for creativity, expression and the stories that make a place what it is.

And perhaps that’s what I love most about discovering galleries when we travel. Beyond the beautiful pieces and interesting conversations, they offer us another way of understanding a destination, through the eyes, hands and imaginations of the people who call it home. A little art, a little culture, a little more connection to Maun. Exactly how we love to travel. ✨

Visiting Maun soon, make some time for The Space in Matlapana. Sometimes the most memorable discoveries are the ones hiding practically on your doorstep. 🤎

There’s something about finding a holiday home that just gets family travel. 🤎 @villa_13_maun was exactly that for us. From the moment we settled in, we could immediately tell that everything has been thoughtfully considered, the space, the comfort, the organisation and all those little details that make travelling with family feel so much easier.

What I loved most was how meticulously everything was put together. Nothing felt like an afterthought. It genuinely feels like a home designed with families in mind, comfortable enough to slow down, spacious enough to enjoy each other, and beautifully put together without losing that relaxed, homely feeling.

After full days exploring Maun, coming back to Villa 13 felt like coming home. If you’re planning a family trip to Maun and prefer the freedom and comfort of having your own space, definitely put Villa 13 on your list. It made our stay that much sweeter. Thank you for hosting us for the perfect family vacation Villa 13!

Allowing life to be beautiful and feeling incredibly grateful for the small things and the big things and all things in between. 🫠 #sacredliving #godsloveinmotion #gratefulthankfulblessed #alignment #lecklect by @lecklect_

There’s something almost otherworldly about @grays_eden. 🫠

The architecture is a marvel in itself… considered, beautiful and perfectly at home in its surroundings. Then there’s the softness of the air, the brilliance of the light, and nature seemingly everywhere you look. The trees, the stillness, the open sky… somehow, everything just stops for a moment.

It’s the kind of place that makes you linger a little longer than you planned, even if only over a beautiful meal. And don’t even get me started on the uber professional and well-thought service by all the staff. 😍

If you’re in Maun soon, do get that stop in at Gray’s Eden. by @lecklect_
