A new chapter begins for LeCont as the company has officially joined the Korus Motorsport Group.

A step that makes LeCont part of the Italian motorsport ecosystem connecting karting and racing through engineering, technology and manufacturing excellence.

🏆 FIA Karting – Finals | Le Mans 🇫🇷

Three categories, three major FIA Karting titles, and a fantastic Finals day on LeCont tyres at Le Mans.

In KZ, Viktor Gustafsson (CRG Racing Team) completed a dominant weekend, leading all 22 laps to become FIA Karting World Champion. Emilien Denner (Formula K SRP Factory Team) finished second with Daniel Vasile (Maranello Kart) third.

The KZ2 World Cup went to Markus Kajak (Formula K SRP Factory Team), who took the lead at the start and never relinquished it. Team-mate Arthur Lehouck made it a Formula K 1-2, with Alois Girardet (CRG Racing Team) completing the podium.

In KZ2 Masters, Anthony Abbasse (CPB Sport) led from start to finish to claim the International Super Cup, just 0.434s ahead of Angelo Lombardo (Maranello Kart), with Daniel Bray (Modena Kart Racing Team) third.

🔥 FIA Karting – Heats Complete | Le Mans 🇫🇷

The heats are complete at Le Mans after a huge day of racing across all three LeCont-equipped gearbox categories.

In KZ, Viktor Gustafsson (CRG Racing Team) remains on top after two heat wins, leading Maksim Orlov (Sodikart) and Daniel Vasile (Maranello Kart) in the intermediate classification.

With 122 drivers split into two pools in KZ2, Arthur Lehouck (Formula K SRP Factory Team) and Markus Kajak (Formula K SRP Factory Team) both produced perfect records, each taking three wins from three heats. Niklas Schaufler (DPK Racing) is second in Pool 1, while European Champion Kimi Tani (LA Motorsport) sits second in Pool 2.

In KZ2 Masters, Anthony Abbasse (CPB Sport) leads the way after the heats, ahead of Angelo Lombardo (Maranello Kart) and Daniel Bray (Modena Kart Racing Team).

Tomorrow brings the decisive Super Heats and Finals, with three major FIA Karting titles on the line

Qualifying is complete at Le Mans, with LeCont tyres supplying all three gearbox categories as the battle for the World titles gets underway.

In KZ, Viktor Gustafsson produced a superb final lap of 49.248s to take World Championship pole, with Max Orlov just 0.114s behind and David Trefilov third.

The huge 122-driver KZ2 field saw four different drivers top the sessions, but it was Arthur Lehouck who emerged with overall World Cup pole in 49.610s. Noah Wolfe, Leni Robillon Lagache and Elie Goldstein headed the other groups.

In the KZ2 Masters International Super Cup, Davide Forè set the benchmark at 50.627s, beating the time set by first-session leader Anthony Abbasse to secure overall pole.
