A little Sunday reset 🍂🤎

Nothing feels better than a fresh start to the week. Something about starting Monday with a clean space just makes me feel 10x more put together ✨

I’m still trying to figure out how to get rid of that Sunday anxiety though 😅 so if you have any tips for making the start of a new week feel a little less overwhelming, help a girl out & I’ll give it a shot 🤍

how I make my 9-5 mornings feel slow, not rushed 💛

1. give yourself the extra 30 min. waking up earlier is so much better than rushing every morning
2. lay your outfit out the night before so it’s all ready for you
3. make your bed first. it’s a 2-minute win that sets the tone, and honestly the best feeling at the end of the day
4. keep your routine simple. you don’t need 10 skincare products, a cleanser, serum and moisturizer is really all you need
5. make that coffee, tea or whatever drink sets the tone for your day ☕️

A little reminder that your 9–5 doesn’t have to be your whole day 💕
