Hi y’all, it’s Shruti fka Salted Butter Society fka shrutifoodie (lololol, ADHDer here!!). I’m here with what is (hopefully) my last rebrand lol. I wanted a little something I could apply outside of just the micro bakery (still taking cake orders btw, my new website is live Orlando!), while I don’t really know what the future looks like, I know that this new logo and brand name feels like me. For those of you that may not know my last name is Doctor (no literally), so it only felt right to bring something a little closer to home! Thank you to @petitepue for the cutie logo design, website artwork and patience with my many many iteration requests, and let’s go Kelly!! So honored to be passing on the great name is @saltedbuttersociety to you!! ♥️ by @ledoctorsorders

A cutie little 6” dome for a TJ and PJ’s party by @sharedtable.society! I made a corn lemon cake (base recipe via @atheartpanaderia) with a vanilla bean soak and a homemade raspberry cherry jam. All wrapped in a SMBC ofc and I use flowers from @traderjoes and decorated it with their lemon wafer cookies. I love some cakes! by @ledoctorsorders

Chaat ceviche tropical, got the idea from the mango chaat salsa I made for @spicewalla eons ago! Ingredients: 1/2 pound of shrimp or protein of choice, roughly chopped 1 Roma tomato, diced 1/2 medium red onion, diced 1 small avocado, diced 1 Alphonso mango, diced 1 jalapeño, diced 1/3 English cucumber, diced 1/2 cup chopped cilantro Juice of 4 limes 2 tbsp chaat masala (if using @Spicewalla, other brands may require more or less depending on your preference) 1/2 tbsp garlic powder Directions: There’s not a whole lot to it just add everything to a bowl and voila! Ceviche!! by @ledoctorsorders

My sour-dough did too much in this Florida heat, I had just enough leftover for a bb lil sandwich loaf, she turned out so well! I’ll need to make it a wee bigger next time but the loaf pan did not let me down 💪🏼 by @ledoctorsorders
