This post isn’t for everyone for true believers in God our Father Didn’t plan on posting this, but decided to give God (Yah) all the Glory & Honor and Praise. Almost lost my life Friday night @ 8pm On my way to basketball practice to coach my boys, and out of nowhere I was hit by a car running a red light. It was a terrible experience and I could have died!! My 1st question to myself was if I Died would I make it to Heaven or Hell and the reality of the situation is I don’t know and I can’t say confidently say I did everything in my power to make it to the kingdom. There so many things we do unknowingly that are disappointing our Father in Heaven, so ask yourself are you living a life to serve God or to serve yourself. Make sure you are living in life of service helping everyone that may need your help. God has gave you opportunity so use it to be the best you can be Daily. He’s not done with me yet cause I’m still here, so praise be to God.

Psalms 27 never fails!!!

Marginal gains. Daily work. Long-term vision. Every session at Metro Performance with Coach Lee is a reminder that development isn’t built on big breakthroughs. It’s built on small improvements stacked day after day.

A little stronger.
A little faster.
A little more coordinated.
A little more disciplined.

The gains are almost invisible at first.

But consistency has a way of compounding.

Weeks become months.
Months become years.

And one day people call it talent.

What they’re really seeing is discipline, patience, and thousands of small decisions made long before the results showed up.

The process is the advantage. by @lee_metro
