During one leg of our trip we had a private chef come to our home and cook instead of going out to eat. The meal was superb and the laughter was much needed. We learned how to make pasta and made the pasta for our meal. These moments are priceless🇮🇹❤️ by @leeboydidit

Day 10 - Today @ericalee6 visited the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the shopping district. We walked another 4-5 miles as we explored the area we’re staying in. All jokes aside, starting training now if you have a trip planned to Italy. The walking is a real thing😱😝♥️🇮🇹 by @leeboydidit

We took a day trip to the region of Chianti-Tuscany. Toured a castle, Castillo de Brolio, walked the grounds including the vineyard, did a wine tasting, purchased some wine and then rode to a restaurant called, “Marlborghetto”. The food was fabulous, the tour informative and we tried a new wine called Via Santo. I’m not a drinker, but this was a sweet-tasting beverage. 🇮🇹 by @leeboydidit

First things first! This song is by @kgsuperstar 🔥🔥🔥 While traveling there is always a few days where we get to explore on our own. This day was one of them. @ericalee6 suggested Borghese Gardens. It was an experience and I fussed while trying to row a boat for the first time. I later found out that @ericalee6 was a childhood rowing champion🤷🏾‍♂️🤯😝😝❤️

The different time zones almost got, but alas it did not. Today my friend and brother @al_hustle_ is celebrating another year of life, he’s able bodied (albeit OLD) and has a sound mind. I appreciate how he keeps his word and ALWAYS supports those he loves in word AND deed. Happy Birthday bro!

As we end this Sunday, today’s video is a slideshow of our journey thus far.

The premise of this song is giving us a glimpse into how Christ sees us and reinforces our value.

Day 3 was FULL of walking, but we were prepared and skipped the line so our wait time was zero🙌🏾😊 Seeing the Colosseum in person was different. It was and is HUGE. It’s awe inspiring. Learning that much of Rome is still not excavated blew my mind🤯 What a day! 🇮🇹 by @leeboydidit

Day 2 is in the books. Whew😱 if you plan on coming, start your walking regimen NOW!🤣 The walking is a REAL thing🤷🏾‍♂️😝 Today we visited the Vatican and then strolled the neighborhood of Trastevere at night.
