I'm overwhelmed with joy as I share this momentous occasion with you! One of my dreams came true when I received my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from the esteemed Samuel Lalrozama, a Team Moreira-BJJ black belt holder. My journey doesn't end here; I'm eager to learn more and spend more time on the mat to enhance my skills. The 3-day advanced seminar was incredibly insightful, and working with Samuel sir made me realise that fundamentals are the foundation of BJJ and MMA. I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Spartans Club and coach Joys Varghese for organising this seminar and grading, and to Samuel, sir, for inspiring me to learn more. I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude and love to all my coaches, students, family, friends, and everyone who has supported me along the way!
