A homage to the Girl With A Pearl Earring by Johannes Vermeer.
This is a little different from what I did last. I allowed myself to let loose a bit. I noticed that the more I added colors & abstract shapes on this one, the more I felt “in the flow”.✨️

Materials: freshwater baroque pearl and anodized aluminum wire

Me at 28. ☺️ Physically at a vacation with my family on my birthday but still catering to the demands of my then corporate work. 😅 Feeling stressed at work not knowing that being self employed in a creative jungle is way more challenging. Lol.🫠
But no regrets, my craft has (also) given and continually giving me so much good things and with divine support & guidance, I like the person I’m becoming. As long as I’m striving to be in alignment with God’s will, I’ll be alright.✨ *Thursday muni-muni (reflections)* by @leedequito

“But first, coffee.” Uhm, nope. Warm water (better with lemon) first, then coffee (better if hot/warm).
*please don’t get annoyed, I just want you to be healthy* 😉

This coffee/tea mug wirebookmark is available in my shop on Etsy. Link in bio. Or DM to order. Last stock, so don’t miss out!

74 days na lang bago mag-Pasko :)⭐️🎄

Can't help but think about Mother Mary's faith-filled "yes" to Archangel Gabriel and St. Joseph's obedience that lead us to Jesus, our Savior.✨️💖

A little reflection; "what are you saying "yes" to today? :)

This hand-bent Nativity scene wire bookmark is available in my shop on Etsy. You may also send me a message to order.

Today is my Tatay’s 21st death anniversary.
I was 21 then and graduating from college. From what I remember, I defended my thesis a day after his funeral. After my presentation, I was warmly applauded by my block mates and even received tight hugs and pat on the back. I remember asking one of them kung pumalakpak ba sila dahil napresent/nadefend ko ng maayos yung thesis ko or out of sympathy. Sabi niya; “Pareho, Lee. Pareho.”❤️
Continually moving forward with you in our hearts, Tatay, and hoping to make you proud, or relieved at least.🤍✨ by @leedequito
