What’s up nerds, IT IS TIME I have a comic for you!

My contribution to Not A Mimic zine volume 2, BBEG edition 😌
The zine is out! So I get to share, yay!

Enemies to lovers, bisexual castle lighting, Bard Slander… idk what else but yes

I had so much fun with this- not just the storytelling but also character design wise. Thanks for facilitating my gay agenda 😌

Some facts:
✨ knight has virtiligo
✨ The party has been dealing with Knight’s pining for a while before this
✨Rogue didn’t believe Bard’s plan would work at all, but now that it has, is afraid it’s made it worse🤣
✨Bard is the bardiest bard to bard
✨Villain is a secret romantic and just wants to be left alone in his castle, and who can blame him

Anyhow, please enjoy

Ahh. When I started this piece, I had the simple idea of creating a new rollup banner design since I changed my handle last year. With that came thoughts about the direction I want to take with my work, and a whole lot of stress because of house hunting (we’re still looking, the market is cutthroat ;-;).

I poured a lot into this, it became a comfort piece, and once I started painting I just knew I had to take it all the way. I don’t often have a lot of time for pieces like this, but I truly enjoyed the process. (Which is available in steps and some time in the future as a video on the place in ✨the last slide✨)

So, here it is. A deep melancholic feeling, lots of details. Just some wlw. A weary Knight looking to rest her blade, and a Dryad to offer comfort, a haven.

I hope you like this piece! Let me know in the comments what story this piece tells you? 🥺💖 thank you for your ongoing support, especially my delightful little family over at P- who have seen this already because they have Privileges 🥰💖

Last year, I made a 4 page comic for the @9ekunst @nieuwegardefestival anthology, a fantastic initiative to bundle new and unknown comic artists in one big book and bring them into the public eye.

It was published and released for sale in the beginning of March, and I’m still very much in the”wow I did that?” mindset. I’m pretty proud how it turned out, so I’ve translated it i to English for you!

It was a fun challenge to establish a lot of information in only 4 pages, and I hope you enjoy it.

My lovely supporters on the *cough* Pat of Treons *cough* have already seen and read the whole comic! Check out the last slide if you want those privileges 🥰💖

Some facts:
Valdis is a Druid-type healer who makes and sells potions, poultices and other herbal remedies for a living. She’s an introvert, a bit of a loner, but learns through Lyr that she perhaps has been lonely, not alone.

Lyr is a human barbarian that’s not used to spending much time in the same place, but she makes an exception for Valdis, only to learn that she likes other people as company more than she thought despite her clumsy and underdeveloped social skills.

Ask me anything about them/this comic!💖
_________
Thank you all so much for the recent and continued love and support! You’re all so kind 💖🥺

Hello friends! I am here to post about the comic I made for @swordcrossdzine and to let you know preorders are still open until TOMORROW the 21st! If you could help out by boosting this post as much as you can, I and all the lovely people working on this project will be forever thankful.

It was ambitious for me to once again shove a story into 4 pages, but I’m confident I managed it once again, it’s a story about found family and supporting each other in a world that often doesn’t understand us, and I hope it brings some much needed warmth and joy to those who read it.
This zine is so beautiful, so full of knights, squires, and inclusive joy! Definitely check out @swordcrossdzine for more delicious previews, I’m so excited!

❗️You can preorder via ⚔️https://swordcrossdzine.bigcartel.com/⚔️ (definitely check out the goodies 👀) and if you’re unable to preorder, please share! This platform is evil when it comes to visibility so we need your help 👉🏻👈🏻💖

Wyll is, of course, the most brilliant storyteller, and Gale will gladly help him with some special effects. Perhaps this is them retelling the tale of their adventures and the brave Tav, that crazy fool, that brought them all together, kept them all together, and changed their lives in so many ways.

Even though I filmed this reel in Procreate I made this piece in Clip Studio Paint!

Who’s your favorite companion and why? 👀

My Tav romanced Karlach and I’m still not over the ending 😭

⚔️ Don’t all knights make the same oath?
To protect the innocent? ⚔️

It’s been a while since I was absorbed in a series/movie so much I HAD to make art for it. Dunk possesses the kind of gentle masculinity and the moral compass I idolize. Also. Big man. Himbo. Snarky small child. Perfection. The whole cast? A delight. So good. I’m so invested 😭
Of course that means I poured way too much time and love into making this, but I really like how it turned out, I really wanted to pick a soft gesture vs the harsh reality of the story, those moments are the ones that sprinkle hope and joy throughout the dark.

Have you watched A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms yet? What was your favorite part?

Nothing can break me down.

🏳️‍⚧️Month 3/4 let’s gooo🏳️‍⚧️
I am so so happy I took this path, there are days when I look in the mirror and see myself for the first time in my life. It’s powerful stuff 💖

The previous months of this post got so enormously blown up that I got incredibly overwhelmed, by the sheer volume of lovely comments (and sadly added another block and delete marathon too, but nothing outshone the solidarity)so I apologize this took me a while.
These first few months on T have been a rollercoaster of mostly good things, changes happened really fast for me, and I mentally still need to catch up, I’ve been very lucky. I suppose that’s also because I’m older, but since no research exists… who knows. Things seem to have calmed down a little (or maybe that’s my perception) and these are the side effects I’ve mostly noticed (again, this is genetics roulette, it differs per person) and I’m due for my third shot really soon, so onwards on this adventure. Thriving.

As per the previous posts, I’ve added the other months in the slides 💖

✨NOTE: this is what *I* personally experienced, this is not meant to be a universal statement as the effects of HRT are dependent on genetics and other factors and vary vastly from person to person💖

🏳️‍⚧️Round/month 2….🏳️‍⚧️
Still thriving 😌💖
I’m just so happy friends, it’s been so good.

The t hunger got me bad, so logically the scale has tipped up, but the amount of weight I can suddenly throw around in the gym is really insane, so logically, the scale is REALLY tipping up haha. Happiness gains 😌

I’ve had to start shaving to keep my very patchy chin hair in check, I have hope for more mustache soon🔥

A surprising one was the thirst (hurhur shush), but it’s probably also because my throat/vocal cords are realllly giving me a hard time so I keep water on hand at all times haha

I think I’ll do one more of these in a while, but I hope you enjoy these 💖🏳️‍⚧️

Hello friends. I took a break from posting to Instagram while starting HRT, it’s been a lot, but a lot of good! I’m doing fantastic 🔥💖 Have some lighthearted relatable vibes from month one 🤣

Accompanied by @boyjrofficial ‘s upcoming new song about exactly these 😌💖

Hang in there. Trans joy transcends everything 🏳️‍⚧️💖
