It’s back! The full suspension 2.0 lives on, after a long break and rebuild after rebuild, fix after fix it’s finally back, and I’m finally back on form after nearly 3 months recovery from Pneumonia.

RIP to the Atomic Orange and welcome to the scene Tropical Blue!

Boy is nice to be back on it, with the first ride out matching some PBs and also setting some strava golds!!

Just in time for @skillsloop birthday weekend ride 🔥🍰

🧠 Men’s Mental Health Awareness Months 🧠

It’s well known that mountain biking vastly improves mental health, and it’s the reason I love it so much… without it I would struggle to cope…

It’s also one of the reasons I push myself so hard on every ride, the faster I go, the harder I push the further behind I leave issues… The biggest challenge isn’t in beating people (although it is a bonus) but it’s challenging myself!! 💪🏻

Being in nature with mates, and just having those many hours to unwind (even though we tell the mrs we won’t be long) just having the down time to unwind.

But it doesn’t matter how fast you ride - you can’t outrun the problems, but it does help to reflect and understand what’s important and what’s not.

Amber and I went to go see Spitfire MJ627 at Tatenhill Airfield - there aren’t many places you can get this close to one taxiing!!

First drone montage from our last trip to Tenby

Had too much wind to fly the little DJI Neo 2 most days, but got up at 6am the last day to manage to fly it in calmer weather.

Need some setting adjustments for smoother flying

I refused to pay nearly £100 for a solar filter for one evening! So I used my 1990s art attack skills and some @orroglasses on my Nikon D810 & Tamron 500mm

It got results I’m happy with! All hand held, no tripod. Low faff, less stress, happy wallet!

🥉 3rd Place Finish

Riding my #orangebikes Clockwork 137 AXS

Winter Classic 2026 post race

Having the Number 1 board was amazing but pressure to perform! The course was ridiculously slippery with the rain overnight. It would have been technical in the dry, let alone in the slop!

I chose the #schwalbe Nobby Nics for this race over the Racing Ray/Ralph setup. Worth it! Gearing was perfect with the SRAM XX1 setup and a full AXS setup including dropper. Bike weight was just right today. Fuelling was solid this year thanks to #torq gels and jellies before the race!

The biggest part of the podium finish was running so much more this year, and pushing that cardio fitness! Real game changer!

Big shoutout to @rugeleybicyclerepairs for the work on the dropper getting it race ready! Couldn’t have done it without it! taken in Cannock Chase Forest - Forestry England by @leeogram

2026 is shaping up to be epic!

Just got my hands on the Orange Phase AXS 🍊 and I'm stoked to introduce it to Bike Park Wales.
Fox Factory setup, SRAM AXS drivetrain and dropper, Hunt wheels with Schwalbe Radial Magic Mary Super Soft and Albert tyres - this bike's a beast! ⚡️
