Hello! My name is Aidan Leery and I am a tattoo artist in Portland, Oregon!

I have been tattooing since early 2020, but I’ve been creating art my whole life! Whether it was drawing, painting, making stickers, or videos. Growing up seeing tattoos, graffiti, and street art inspired me to turn my dream of tattooing into my reality.

I love to work in a variety of styles including heavy blackwork, traditional, and illustrative designs.

Wild Horse tattoo made in Portland, Oregon @3.realms.tattoo 🐴💨

Stoked to be able to have done this gritty high contrast blackwork horse to match the Doberman! I did the Doberman about two years ago. Thanks for stopping by and sitting so well!🔥

The boxer needed a little something extra so we decided to add an ornamental design to the wrist. Then we put some stylized laurels around it with some shading to put a spotlight on the boxer. 💪

I love how this design turned out. Thanks for sitting so well through the spicy bits on the wrist. 🙏

Twin Peaks themed Matchbox tattoo made in Portland, Oregon @3.realms.tattoo

I’m not going to lie I haven’t finished the tv series or watched the movie. However I am slowly working my way through it all and it’s definitely the best show for the fall weather. 🌲💀

Centipede crawling down the arm done at @3.realms.tattoo in Portland! 🐛

I am so stoked on how this centipede tattoo turned out. I did not do the pre-existing tattoo design but we made sure to map out where it was to keep everything nice and intact. Last thing we needed was one of the many legs of that bug stomping on it. 😂

Fun rendition of a boxer I tattooed in Portland, Oregon! 🥊

We made sure to give him a few tattoos to show that he is not to be messed with. It also makes him extra cool. 😤😂

Boxing is definitely more difficult than getting tattooed. So if you want to look cooler, cuter, or scarier feel free to reach out through DM or Email! I’d be stoked make it happen. 🙏

I had the opportunity to tattoo this sick rusted broadsword! We wanted to keep it looking gritty and I think this piece really shows exactly that. ⚔️

Thank you for sitting so well and for getting a tattoo of some cool old weaponry! If you or a loved one enjoys medieval weapons, I would be stoked to Tattoo one on you! 🏹🗡️🦅

Traditional Swallows 🦆

Super stoked on how these traditional swallows turned out! I did these a little while back and can’t believe I forgot to post them. It took a few tries to get the stencil placement just right, but it was definitely worth the wait! 💪

Thank you for getting some RAD American traditional and sitting so well!! I don’t typically get to do a lot of traditional styled tattoos but I am always super excited when I do. 🙏

If you or a loved one, you know is suffering from not having a new traditional tattoo feel free to reach out through DM or email to book a consultation and schedule your next appointment. 🦅🔪💀

I had the opportunity to tattoo at the @villainarts portland tattoo festival over the weekend. It was great to work with all of my homies from @covenlesstattoo thanks for inviting me and letting me share the space with you all! 🙏

I am grateful that so many of you stopped by the booth to show your support. Thanks to you I was able to do a ton of fun designs the past three days!

It was rad making so many new friends and meeting so many talented artists from all over. I couldn’t be happier with how the weekend went. Next time I’ll make sure to take more photos. 😂 taken in Portland, Oregon by @leery.tattoos

Blackwork Dog design I tattooed a few weeks ago here in Portland, Oregon. @3.realms.tattoo 🐶

Huge thank you to my client who flew up from the Bay Area and made time to come see me! I’m always stoked to do some wild stylized heavy black work.

This piece was inspired from the Christian Dior advertisement campaign in 1976! I am super happy with how it turned out and very grateful for how well my client handled this longer session!! Thanks again for the trust and having such a fun concept. 🙏
