Congratulations to @leesmcraexctf Junior Megan Knapp on being named the @confcarolinas Runner of the Week after her performance at App State's Fire Tower Project on Friday night.

Knapp led the Bobcats on Friday night in the 6K distance with a time of 22:25.7 and placed 27th individually. Knapp was the first non-D1 runner to cross the finish line. Knapp's time was also the sixth-fastest time in program history at the 6K distance. by @leesmcraexctf
